Our story

Serving the State of Texas since 1976. Our firm was started nearly 50 years ago by William Manchee. He maintained a general practice with substantial emphasis on estate and business planning until 1996, when his son, James Manchee, joined the firm. James Manchee began practicing personal injury law in 1996. Thereafter, Thereafter, father and son practiced together as Manchee & Manchee, P.C. with Bill handling hundreds of bankruptcies and Jim primarily focusing on personal injury law. Eventually the firm’s bankruptcy practice turned to post-bankruptcy compliance litigation and general consumer law. During this time MMPC filed and favorably prosecuted hundreds of State and federal court lawsuit and recovering millions of dollars for their clients.
Recently, the firm has narrowed its practice to personal injury, certain consumer issues such as identity theft, credit reporting disputes, and estate and business planning.
